These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the manis88 platform. By registering or using any manis88 service, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to all provisions below. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

One Account Per Player
Each player may hold only one manis88 account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended. Balances associated with duplicate accounts may be forfeited in accordance with these Terms.
Bonus Fair Use
Bonuses on manis88 are subject to wagering requirements, time limits, and eligible game restrictions. Attempting to exploit bonus offers through coordinated wagering or collusion is prohibited.
Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your manis88 login credentials. All activity on your account is your responsibility unless you notify manis88 of unauthorised access promptly.
Deposits & Withdrawals
All deposits and withdrawals must be made through payment channels registered in your own name. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification.
Responsible Gaming

1. Definitions

- "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered on eligible games before withdrawal is permitted.
- "IGA" refers to the International Gaming Authority, under whose licensing frameworks manis88 operates.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering on, or using any service offered by manis88, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the manis88 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. These Terms apply to all Players, regardless of the device or method used to access the Platform. If you are using the Platform on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms.

3. Eligibility

- You are registering and using the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
- You are not acting as an agent or on behalf of any third party in connection with your use of the Platform.
- You are not a current employee, director, contractor, or close associate of manis88 or any of its affiliated companies or licensed game providers.
- You have not previously been self-excluded or permanently banned from the manis88 Platform.
- The use of online gaming services is not prohibited by any applicable law or regulation in the jurisdiction from which you access the Platform.
Age Restriction Notice: manis88 is strictly a 21+ platform. Providing false information regarding your age during registration is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where required by law.
4. Account Registration
Each Player may hold only one registered Account on the manis88 Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
When registering for a manis88 Account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. You must update this information promptly if it changes. manis88 relies on the information you provide to verify your identity and process financial transactions.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your Account login credentials. You must not share your password or allow any other person to access your Account. If you suspect your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify manis88 immediately at the email address provided in these Terms. manis88 shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to maintain adequate security over your credentials.
5. Deposits & Payments
Deposits to your manis88 Wallet must be made using payment channels that are registered in your own name. The following Malaysian payment methods are supported: Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, Touch n Go eWallet, and Boost. manis88 does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency, or payments originating from jurisdictions outside Malaysia without prior written approval.
Third-party deposits — where funds are transferred to your manis88 Wallet from a payment account belonging to another individual — are strictly prohibited. Any Account found to have received third-party deposits may be suspended pending investigation, and the relevant funds may be withheld or returned to the originating payment method.
The minimum deposit amount is RM20. Deposits are credited to your Wallet upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. manis88 does not charge fees on deposits, but your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.
6. Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment channel used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to manis88's internal payment routing procedures. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
Before processing any withdrawal, manis88 may require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification by submitting documentary evidence of your identity and payment method ownership. This is a regulatory requirement under IGA licensing obligations and is non-negotiable.
Verified Accounts with withdrawal requests submitted before 18:00 Malaysian time on a business day are typically processed same day. manis88 does not guarantee processing times as these may be affected by banking hours, public holidays in Malaysia, and the internal processes of the relevant payment provider.
manis88 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal requests pending investigation where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, breach of these Terms, or where required to do so by a competent authority or regulatory body.
7. Bonuses & Promotions
manis88 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to Players from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published alongside the relevant offer. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion.
Unless otherwise stated in the promotion-specific terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all manis88 Bonuses:
- Bonuses are available to one Account per Player, household, IP address, and device.
- Bonuses must be wagered the stated number of times on eligible games within the stated time period before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
- Games may contribute different percentages toward the Wagering Requirement. Bets placed on excluded games do not count toward the Wagering Requirement.
- Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash (prior to meeting Wagering Requirements), or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
- manis88 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any Bonus at any time where there is evidence of abuse, technical error, or breach of these Terms.
8. Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are expressly prohibited on the manis88 Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with Platform games or the betting interface.
- Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
- Exploiting software errors, glitches, or loopholes in Platform games or the betting system. Any winnings derived from such exploitation may be voided.
- Engaging in any activity that constitutes, facilitates, or assists money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity through the Platform.
- Creating multiple Accounts for the purpose of obtaining multiple Bonuses or circumventing Platform restrictions.
- Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or any subsequent verification process.
- Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited by law, while misrepresenting your location.
manis88 reserves the right to investigate any suspected breach of this section and to take such action as it considers appropriate, including immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the manis88 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and design elements, is the intellectual property of manis88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal gaming purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without manis88's prior written consent.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, manis88 excludes all liability for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
manis88's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their manis88 Account in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Malaysian law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.
11. Account Suspension & Termination
manis88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where it reasonably believes that:
- The Account holder has breached any provision of these Terms;
- The Account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes;
- The Account holder is or may be under 21 years of age;
- The integrity of a game, bet, or transaction may have been compromised;
- Closure is required by a regulatory authority or court order.
Upon permanent Account closure, any outstanding balance that is not subject to a hold or investigation will be returned to the Player via the registered payment method, net of any applicable fees or amounts owed to manis88.
Players may also request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting the manis88 support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.
12. Responsible Gaming
manis88 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable individuals. The Platform provides the following tools to all Account holders, accessible via Account Settings at any time:
- Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit into your manis88 Wallet.
- Loss Limits — Cap the amount you can lose over a defined period.
- Session Time Reminders — Receive notifications when you have been playing for a set amount of time.
- Cooling-Off Period — Temporarily restrict your access to the Platform for a period of your choosing.
- Self-Exclusion — Permanently exclude yourself from the manis88 Platform. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for the minimum exclusion period requested and take effect within 24 hours of the request being confirmed.
21+ Strictly Enforced. Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to re-register under any name or contact details. Any Account created in breach of a self-exclusion order will be immediately closed and any balance forfeited. If you believe gambling is causing harm to you or someone you know, please seek support.
13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the licensing conditions applicable under the International Gaming Authority regulatory framework under which manis88 operates. In the event of any dispute arising between you and manis88 in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter by contacting the manis88 support team in writing. manis88 will respond to formal dispute submissions within 10 business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal processes, it may be escalated to the relevant IGA dispute resolution mechanism as prescribed under manis88's operating licence.
14. Amendments to These Terms
manis88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where an amendment is material, manis88 will provide reasonable notice to Players via the Platform or by email to the registered Account address. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page.
